Privacy.

This policy covers this website, noviemtech.com, run by Noviem Tech (OPC) Private Limited (“Noviem”, “we”). Each Noviem product has its own privacy policy, published on that product’s website. If you use one of our apps, that app’s policy is the one that applies to it.

The short version

• This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
• We count visits in aggregate to understand which pages are useful, without identifying you.
• If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to help you.
• We never sell personal information.

What we collect

Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views, referring sites, country, and browser and device type. It does not use cookies or local storage, and does not build a profile of you across sites.

Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

Email. When you write to an address at noviemtech.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We keep that correspondence only as long as we need it to help you.

Who else processes it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and routes email sent to our addresses. Our email itself is stored with our email provider. We share information with nobody else, unless the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any other law that applies to you. Write to hello@noviemtech.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
